For our children

For our children

Meet Michelle

My husband, Dan, and I moved to Windham 21 years ago to raise our family. We have two children, Kyle, a junior at Princeton University, and Kaelin, a senior at Windham High School. Upon moving to Windham, I transitioned from my career as a chemist to become a stay-at-home parent and dedicated community volunteer. Since moving to town, I have volunteered with various organizations and have been elected to town boards in four elections. As a proven and committed public servant, I would be honored to earn your vote.

Why am I running for state representative, you might ask?

I believe my unique perspective allows me to recognize what our towns need, cut through the noise, and get things done. I am committed to working collaboratively, listening to all voices, and finding common ground to benefit our community. I am passionate about public education, conservation of our natural resources, and ensuring that our communities remain a wonderful place to live.  Your concerns are my priorities!

On The Issues

I'm dedicated to fight for what is best for our community.

Property Values

Local control over our planning and zoning is essential to keeping our home values strong and preserving the character of our community. With years of elected experience, I will advocate so the decisions made in Concord truly benefit our towns and maintain the quality of life we all cherish. By prioritizing local input and protecting our community's interests, we can safeguard our neighborhoods, support responsible growth, and keep our communities strong!

Public Education

Strong public schools create strong communities. With over a dozen years of working and volunteering in our school district, I am passionate about keeping our public schools strong and funded, including supporting our hard-working teaching staff and advocating for special education and mental health services. Ensuring that our schools have the resources they need is essential for fostering an environment where every student can thrive. Investing in our children's education and well-being builds a brighter future for our community.

Natural Resources

Protecting our natural resources is essential to preserving the small-town charm and unique advantages of living in New Hampshire. Our ponds, lakes, trails, and conservation areas are vital parts of our communities. These priceless natural resources contribute significantly to our quality of life and are integral to what makes our towns special. However, Concord has gradually stripped local control away from protecting these resources. I plan to fight to restore that control, ensuring we can safeguard the natural beauty and environmental health that define our community.

Cultivating Communication

Do you know what's happening in Concord and how it impacts you? As your representative, I am committed to ensuring your voice is heard in our state’s capital. My goal is to work collaboratively, listen to diverse perspectives, and find common ground for the benefit of our community. Transparency and open communication are essential, so I vow to communicate how these decisions impact our town through regular communication in our local newspapers. Your concerns and priorities are mine, and I will work diligently to advocate for the issues that matter most to you.
